HOW DO I USE VOUCHER CODES?

Having navigated to your chosen website (using the link provided by Sconty), and selected your particular items of interest you should make your way to the checkout area as normal. At the checkout you will required to enter your code into the voucher field, otherwise known as coupon, discount or offer field.

After you have entered your code and followed any specific instructions, the website shall deduct your discount or provide you with the appropriate offer. When you have received your discount or offer complete your transaction as per normal.

WHEN SHOULD I REPORT A VOUCHER CODE?

If there is a problem with the code that you have selected you should inform Sconty immediately. You can do this by using the 'Report Faulty Code' link found at the bottom of all pages.

Before contacting us we recommend that you check the code carefully. Many voucher codes are case sensitive and therefore will not be accepted if entered incorrectly. To avoid this problem we advise you to copy and paste the discount code directly into voucher area of your chosen website.

Sites with an indicated shipping destination of 'World' may not ship to all nations, but will ship to a large number of nations / regions across the globe, again you are advised to check the shipping destinations before placing an order.
